I have heard some rumblings that things are starting to pick up with interest in homes. We to are hoping this next month will prove to be a real change in sales. It was a newer home in Atherton listed at $3.2M, and sold without contingencies. The desirable properties are selling, and there are plenty of well-qualified buyers looking for well-presented, well priced homes. I had between 40 and 50 groups of buyers to the open house each day this weekend. 3 of the visitors this weekend had put offers on other San Carlos houses in the same in the past two weeks and did not get the winning acceptance. One of those listings had 4 offers and the other had 9 offers. So I agree ready willing and able buyers are out there and they are trying to buy a house. Chris and Kevin:
