Ardell, Marie, Kevin, KimAfter lunch with some friends at Microsoft, I had the pleasure of meeting the other Grand Dame of Seattle real estate — Ardell Dellaloggia, and her business partner Kim Harris. “A quick coffee” turned into a highly entertaining and informative 2-hour discussion on anything and everything real-estate and blogging-related. Ardell’s laugh is kind of like her writing — entertaining, utterly delightful, and contagious. We were fortunate to have Marie Hagman, Redfin’s new Seattle home-blogger-in-chief, join us for some 45 minutes. Judging by her energy, spirit, and zest for real estate, I can’t wait to read what she and her team will be coming up with.
