Short sales have really become popular since the market has slowed. They can truly create a win win win situation for the homeowner, agent, and bank. It has become the best way to avoid foreclosure.

hello

does the seller walk away owing nothing more to the lender in a short sale poceeding?

the los angeles county assessors office has devalued my property at 237,000 from 354,000. is this document all i would need to verify a list selling price in a short sale?

does an offer of 237,000 make sense to the lender in my short sale package?

please advise.

Hi Everyone, It is true that as a Realtor I have to adopt my business model to exactly what helps my clients. Great explanation! We do plenty of short sales and we speak to tons of agents and theyjust don’t seem to get it…in fact we are doing a refresher course article ourselves very soon.
