It puzzles me why the new social media manager needs to move to Chicago to do this job. That seems to defeat the whole concept of being online… hmm. Has NAR heard of webinar or wireless technology?

It would be great fun to take this job as a case study on how the two worlds collide. If you could pull it off you could make a living off it as a consultant, if it did not work it would make a great book.

Of course surviving the engagement with ones sanity in check would be the greatest accomplishment.

Do you think they will fill this position from outside of the real estate industry? ,,, or that they might need to reach outside of real estate to find a taker?
