Introducing a New Contributor…Bart Marchioni

Bart Marchioni3 Oceans is thrilled to announce that Bart Marchioni, a Keller Williams agent and good friend, is coming on board.  Bart has the distinction of not only being a world-class Realtor with great insights, but also — gasp! — even more plugged in and wired than I am.  He’s figured out how to glean every ounce of productivity out of his nifty Tablet PC, his various phones and PDA’s, his Bluetooth paraphernalia, and a camera or two.  Oh yes, and in between all of that he guides all his clients through the arduous process of home-buying and selling in Silicon Valley.

I should note that this makes the score 2-2 between perennial rivals Alain Pinel Realtors and Keller Williams.

    I had the chance to talk to Bart a couple of months ago, when we had a lead in his area. The lead didn’t work out, but we were able to get to know Bart well enough to add him to our list of agents we refer to.

    I look forward to reading his contributions and getting to know hime better.
