After a wonderfully fun — and occasionally frustrating — evening of hacking around, I’m please to present this mashup of Bay Area housing price trends. The graphs are from our friends at Altos Research, and the Google Maps were created using Zeemaps from Zeesource.

Great job with the map. Please add Fremont to it. Everyone I know who gets frustrated with pricing in the Peninsula, ends up in Fremont because our schools in the Mission Area rank in the 10 ten in the state for API scores. Does that Altos Research provide trends per neighborhood?
